Reviews. Why are they so important?

How many times have you done a good job for one of your customers and they’ve said “thanks, you’ve done a great job”, plenty I bet! How did that make you feel?

You have more than likely got your Google listing and Facebook page already set up. If not, why not?

Wouldn’t it be great if every time one of your customer said “you’ve done a great job” it magically appeared on-line for the world to see, your business, reviewed, just like that. Out there in the big World Wide Web, shouting from the roof tops just how great you are, for all of those potential new customers to read for themselves just how great you are! How much more business would that bring you? How much more money would more business bring you?

Reviews build trust and credibility to your business. We all check out the review sites when we are looking for a new product or service provider. I don’t know about you but I NEVER chose the restaurant, the hotel, the product or the service provider with no reviews. Why would I? I want to know the opinions of people I have never met. It is true that their opinion may be very different from mine, but I like to read what other people think in any case.

For nearly 9 in 10 consumers, an online review is as important as a personal recommendation. Customers are likely to spend 31% more on a business with “excellent” reviews.

How do you get that thumbs up or that pat on the back to the online world?

Do you have time when you’ve finished your day to reach out to all of customers to ask them to review you online?

Imagine, just for a second that every single customer you have provided a service to or sold a product to received an email encouraging them to leave a review on your business and you didn’t need to lift a finger. That would be great wouldn’t it?

Wouldn’t it be good to see those ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ next to your business name every time someone found you online.

Hold on a minute… what if you get only one ⭐️?

Don’t panic, all is not lost. Negative reviews can actually help your business. They can help you understand where you may be going wrong, what improvements you need to make. They will certainly help you see things from your customers perspective. You might even need to put some training in place. Without the negative review you wouldn’t be aware and knowing is better than not knowing!

Sure, not everyone will click a link to leave a review but some might and some will. One thing is for sure, if you don’t ask, you certainly won’t get!

That is exactly the sort of task you could and should outsource. Click the below link to send an enquiry and see how TOTAL PA can help you to help more people use your service or buy your product. We won’t harass, we will just give a gentle nudge in the right direction!
