TOTAL PA turns 3 today…

I woke up this morning with an enormous amount of pride in my heart. 3 years ago today, TOTAL PA was born and I have dedicated every day since then to it, it’s my baby (well, apart from the dogs!). Through a major house renovation, a move across Counties, the loss of loved ones and 2 office moves we are finally settled.

After a throw away comment by a former work colleague, I now have a well structured, well oiled machine of a business with 2 (nearly 3) amazing employees and a whole bunch of amazing clients. From PT’s and builders in Scotland, window & door installers, cleaners, interior designers and graphic designers in the North West, pest control and tech teams in London, electrical contractors and wholesalers in Lincoln to name but a few!

I didn’t know at the beginning where TOTAL PA would go, if I would still be working from a corner in my lounge but 3 years on we have a lovely office in the centre of Lincoln and it is growing in to the business I dreamt of.

One of our clients messaged me today, the message read:

“what a fantastic achievement (in probably 3 of the hardest years in human history)”

I didn’t really think about everything else that has been going on in the world since I started until I read that. I sat and thought to my self, oh yeah, we had COVID!

I am truly blessed to have found Jodie and Tina who, not only support our clients in true TOTAL PA style but also support me and my vision. I have no doubt that we wouldn’t be where we are today if it weren’t for their input so if you read this girls, thank you!

I am excited for the future and have lots of new additions to add to the list of support we already offer.

I love everything about what we do, admin and organisation runs through my veins and knowing that we make a difference to so many people in business makes me a very happy lady.

Here’s to the next 3 years and beyond…
